Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of our despatch date. Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item by emailing us at admin@yingfa.co.nz. to return or exchange an item,
All items are checked thoroughly by Ying Fa New Zealand Customer Service prior to despatch, however, should you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, not what was ordered, then you must notify us within 48hours of receiving your delivery, by contacting us at admin@yingfa.co.nz. At our discretion, we will gladly issue either an exchange or refund depending on availability.
please provide the following information within your email:
- Your name and address
- Your order number,invoice number and invoice date
- Your full contact details, phone, fax and email
- A description of the item you are returning as well as the reason for the return.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original packaging, or whose original packaging has been altered.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing/unattached to its original tags.
Used, worn, altered, personalized or laundered items.
Sale and bargain items.
Customized items.
If customers would not like to pay the freight.
Please put the swimwear in the original packaging we sent to you, and send it back to us within 72 hours of receiving your delivery and please send a new prepaid Trace & Track COURIERPOST BAG or shipping fee to us together for we sending the new one to you.
All returns or exchanges must be sent to our Auckland office, please contact us to get the right returning address before sending out.
Due to health reasons that swimsuits should be tried on undergarments. When you are trying on swimwear you should place each of your feet in a plastic bag and then pull the swimsuit over each foot. The use of the plastic bag will ensure no damage is done to the costume via toenails etc.
