Yingfa New Zealand Limited (refered as YINGFA NZ) was registered in 2009, complying with NZ consumer law secure shopping with us is safe. We pride ourselves with a flexible returns policy and are happy to refund or exchange items damaged in transit, that are faulty or not what you ordered as per our Returns policy. Please check sizes carefully when ordering to ensure you get the best fit. Our Team continually strives to enable professional swimmers and amateurs to enjoy swimming by supplying high quality products with unbeatable affordable price.
YINGFA NZ cannot take responsibility for any damages, compensatory, indirect, consequential or direct, data loss, income, profit, property loss or damage and third-party claims implied or otherwise when using this website.
PRIVACY POLICY
We may use the cookie functionality in your web browser to store information and improve the website experience. All payments made on our website are encrypted using secure technology, protected by SSL certificate and your card details are not retained or visible to YINGFA NZ employees.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Some personal information is required to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, as well as order fulfillment and updates regarding your purchase.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Our website gives you the option of registering with us with a username and password. Responsibility for keeping the username and password confidential rests with you. Alternatively you can rest your password if lost but YINGFA NZ staff cannot do this for you.
By registering your email address in our shop you agree to receive occasional e-mail messages about products and services that we feel may be on interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, simply click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your email.

RETURNS
Our priority is your satisfaction as a customer. Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of our despatch date.
Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item by emailing us at admin@yingfa.co.nz. to return or exchange an item,
All items are checked thoroughly by YINGFA NZ Customer Service prior to despatch, however should you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, not what was ordered, then you must notify us within 48hours of receiving your delivery, by contacting us at admin@yingfa.co.nz . At our discretion we will gladly issue either an exchange or refund depending on availability
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, returned goods must be in their ORIGINAL or UNUSED condition with TAGS attached. Health regulations stipulate that swimwear that is soiled, damaged, worn or laundered is considered to be in other than “As New” condition and cannot be returned. Regulations also require swimsuits to be tried on over undergarments.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original packaging, or whose original packaging has been altered.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged,or missing/unattached to its original tags.
Used, worn, altered, personalized or laundered items.
Sale and bargain items.
Customized items.
If customers would not like to pay the freight.
We reserve the right to return to buyer without replacement any items which have been abused or improperly cared for.
Please contact our telephone number or email for return address before shipping any items to ensure our team is expecting your item and can identify it correctly for processing.
Please put the swimwear in their original packaging we sent to you, and send it back to the given return address within 72 hours of receiving your delivery and please send a new prepaid Trace & Track COURIERPOST BAG or shipping fee to us together for sending the new one to you.
Your credit will be issued to your credit card. We may contact you again to get this as all information is not held by YINGFA NZ.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, items which are damaged or not fit for purpose at sale maybe not covered under warranty after we make an assessment. No Assessment can be made without the damaged product present.
We do not refund based on change of mind so please choose carefully
DELIVERY INFORMATION
YINGFA NZ is committed to providing you with prompt, friendly customer service and will work to ensure that we dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible.
We aim to deliver local orders within New Zealand in 7 working days.
International Orders may take up to 9 – 12 working days.
Some products are available in our oversea warehouse, delivery time from there to NZ may take 15-20 working days.
Delivery times may vary, and will be affected by public holiday periods.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible, so the sooner we hear from you, the better! If you need to cancel an order after placing it, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do all we can to ensure your order doesn’t leave our warehouse. In stock items normally ship within 48 hours after an order has been placed. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible – at this point it becomes a return.
For obvious reasons, Custom and special-order items cannot be cancelled.
